Agent accounts
Agents listing properties on the Site must hold a valid real estate licence and comply with all applicable laws and brokerage policies. We review agent applications and listings before publication and may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including scraping data at scale, attempting to bypass access controls, uploading unlawful content, or using the property assistant chat to generate harmful or abusive content.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farhad Realty is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Changes to these terms
