- Account information: name, email, phone number, and password (stored securely, never in plain text) when you create an account.
- Listing activity: favourites, saved searches, viewing history and inquiries you make, so we can show you relevant homes and connect you with the right agent.
- Communications: messages you send through contact forms, the property assistant chat, or to an agent, including any chat transcript.
- Usage data: pages viewed, search filters used, device type and referring site, collected automatically to improve the site and measure performance.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the site, respond to inquiries, connect you with agents, send listing alerts you've opted into, and improve our services. We don't sell your personal information.
Marketing communications
We only send marketing emails (such as newsletters) with your express consent, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Data retention and deletion
